• One-on-one coaching sessions (video, voice, and async formats)
• Coach matching and booking tools
• Session history and progress tracking
• Organizational coaching plans and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

When using QuestBytes, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm coaches, other users, or QuestBytes staff
• Share, distribute, or reproduce coaching session content without consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape, collect, or interact with our platform
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are provided by independent coaches who use our platform. QuestBytes facilitates the connection but is not a party to the coaching relationship. Coaches are not employees or agents of QuestBytes.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or emergency services.

6. Payments and Billing

By purchasing coaching sessions or subscription plans, you agree to the following:

• All fees are stated in the currency displayed at the time of purchase
• Payment is due at the time of booking or subscription renewal
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method
• Prices may change with reasonable notice

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a scheduled coaching session in accordance with our cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may not be eligible for a refund. Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the QuestBytes platform are owned by or licensed to QuestBytes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our platform without prior written consent.

9. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of coaching sessions. Session content is private between you and your coach. For organizational plans, only aggregated and anonymized usage data is shared with administrators — never individual session content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuestBytes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to QuestBytes in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to other users, coaches, or QuestBytes. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
