How the process works

Each opportunity moves through a defined process — from submission to onboarding and earnings — depending on how you engage.

Submit an opportunity

Share a lead or potential client through the platform, including basic context so the opportunity can be assessed and taken forward.

Proposal stage

The proposal is prepared and managed either by QuestBytes or by you, depending on your level of involvement in the engagement.

Client decision

The client reviews the proposal, clarifies any details if needed, and confirms whether to proceed with the engagement.

Onboarding begins

Once confirmed, the client is onboarded onto QuestBytes and begins their coaching journey with the appropriate setup in place.

Incentive payout

Earnings are processed based on your level of involvement, once the engagement is confirmed and underway.

Lead Protection

Once a proposal is created, the client is reserved to you for 60 days.
